HMP Action Team
The HMP Action Team ensures volunteer involvement and recruitment to further goals and advance the Physical Activity, Nutrition, Tobacco, and Chronic Disease Minimum Common Program objectives at the local, regional and state level by:
- Identifying gaps in representation either topically, of subpopulations, with regard to cultural competence or based on geography
- Addressing regular recruitment, mentoring and retention of coalition volunteers.
- Development of subcommittees to focus on specific topic areas.
